The service offering reflects the experience built up over the years when HPC was in the CPH (Collaborative Procurement Hub) model and seeks to provide a broad access to commercial services for customers.

It is based upon a 'Core Service' - which is funded jointly through transaction fees and subscription fees - and 'On-Demand Services' - which are essentially consultancy based services and are purchased separately.

Core Service

This reflects the basic standard service offered to all customers in exchange for their subscription fee.

On-Demand Services

This reflects the range of services that HealthTrust Europe are seeking to provide to customers on a consultancy basis as required.

These are supplementary services to those provided in the core service and will be charged at extra cost.
