On Contract in 24 Hours

An NHS Trust contacted HealthTrust Europe with an urgent need for litigation work using the direct award criteria. They requested the services of Bevan Brittan LLP from the list of suppliers.

HealthTrust Europe’s Professional Services portfolio has a three-step approach to help customers who have an immediate requirement to access the desired services quickly. The Trust simply completed an immediate requirement form which was followed up with documents to finalise their request.

Within 24 hours the appointment paperwork was completed and access to the Legal Services framework to both parties was confirmed.

Meanwhile, the customer care specialist who dealt with the Trust’s initial enquiry made sure the NHS Trust was kept up-to-date about the process, as well as followed up on the service they received after delivery to ensure it was all they expected and more. In response to this, the NHS Trust complimented HealthTrust Europe on the “whole process being seamless and very efficient.”

This simple process enabled Bevan Brittan LLP to immediately commence delivery of the Trust’s requirements.
