Chief Executive Officer

Dennis Robb

As chief executive officer, Dennis is responsible for leading the UK subsidiary organisation of HCA Healthcare, which serves 146 acute hospitals across the United Kingdom, including NHS Trusts and HCA Healthcare UK.

Dennis began his career as a clinician and has served in senior executive roles for a regional neuroscience referral centre in the United States and a large academic IDN in the Midwest of America. He has served as the elected chairman of a national supply chain board, representing one of the largest GPOs in the United States and has received national recognition for leadership, audited supply chain savings and supplier diversity.

Chief Legal and Ethics Officer

Dale Robinson

Dale Robinson is Chief Legal and Ethics Officer for HealthTrust Europe. He is responsible for advising on legal, ethics and compliance matters and ensuring compliance with the Public Contracts Directive 2014/12/EC and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). His executive responsibilities include developing and implementing organisational strategy.

Dale attended Nottingham Law School and qualified as a Solicitor in 2004.

Dale spent the first part of his career as a Criminal Lawyer practicing advocacy in the Magistrates Court. In 2008 he joined the East Midlands Development Agency responsible for managing a budget of £350-£400 million of grant-in-aid from the UK Government and European Structural Funds. Dale joined HealthTrust Europe as a Legal Adviser, specialising in public procurement law. Dale subsequently subsumed the Ethics and Compliance function and has provides key guidance and advice to the business.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Chris Kent

Chris Kent is the Chief Human Resources Officer for HealthTrust Europe. Chris is responsible for leading the HR and Education team, collaborating with leadership and management in the ongoing development, communication and implementation of human resource programs and policies, as well as co-ordinating human resources functions for acquisitions and new clients.

Chris has spent his career working in human resource management and has sat on the executive boards for a number of professional firms. He joins HealthTrust Europe from Renoir Consulting, whose programs typically centre around operational performance improvements and behavioural change. Chris’ previous experience also encompasses roles with GVA, Shakespeare Martineau LLP, Wragge and Co LLP and Toyota Motor Manufacturing.

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Scottie Lambright

Scottie attended Louisiana State University (LSU) and qualified with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Scottie spent the first part of his career at Baton Rouge General Hospital and has since continued to develop a wealth of knowledge and experience within healthcare supply chain.  Scottie accepted his first Supply Chain Director role in 1997 for HCA at Oakdale Community Hospital before transitioning his Supply Chain Directorial duties to Tulane Medical Centre. He then merged supply chain operations with newly acquired Lakeside hospital and aligned both campuses to the HCA Supply Chain model.

Associate Vice President, Business Solutions

Ian Hadridge

Ian Hadridge is the Associate Vice President of Business Solutions at HealthTrust Europe. Ian is responsible for the strategy, leadership and development of the Project Management, Financial Analytics, Contract Administration, IT Systems and Software Development departments within the organisation. Ian attended Coventry Polytechnic and qualified with a Degree in Material Science in 1990 and began his career as a Quality Engineer within the automotive sector culminating at Kautex Unipart. Before moving into the Construction business with Space4 and their subsidiary Persimmon Homes to implement automotive strategies and innovations in their Supply Chain. Ian joined the precursor of HealthTrust Europe in 2006 as a Performance Manager and developed an in-depth understanding of all the business processes that support the Contracting divisions. Ian became the Director of Programme Management in 2014 and subsequently an AVP in 2017.

Associate Vice President, Group Purchasing Organisation

Nanette Grant

Nanette Grant is the Associate Vice President of HealthTrust Europe’s Group Purchasing Organisation with responsibility for the strategic development and leadership of the Group Purchasing business line across Public & Private Healthcare markets with a portfolio which focuses on delivering value added contracts across clinical and non-clinical categories. Nanette’s educational background is in Healthcare with a Master’s Degree in Public Management & Governance. Nanette has spent her career in the healthcare sector within the UK and Qatar working in the areas of service transformation, specialised commissioning and programme manager for the Renal Services which included the management of the West Midlands Renal Network. Nanette’s time in the Middle East was focused on implementing strategies to transform and bring alignment to primary healthcare services across Doha, before joining HealthTrust Europe in April 2014 as Director of Strategy & Clinical Networks, taking on the role as AVP in 2017.

Associate Vice President, Purchased Services

Keith Clark

Keith Clark is the Associate Vice President of Purchased Services at HealthTrust Europe. Keith is responsible for the strategy, leadership and development of the Purchased Services Business Line which includes Total Workforce Solutions, Information and Communications Technology, Capital Purchasing and Service Contracting. Keith attended Swansea University and qualified with an Honours Degree in Botany and Zoology. Keith began his commercial career with an operations role with J Sainsbury PLC before joining Safeway Stores PLC in the trading division responsible for Soft Drinks and Beverages. Keith moved to Deeside to join Iceland Stores PLC where he was responsible for purchasing Goods not for Resale before making the switch into Healthcare in 2005. His career with HealthTrust Europe has included gaining his MCIPS before being the Procurement director for the contract portfolio including Medical and Surgical products, taking up his AVP role in 2017.

Associate Vice President, Pharmacy

Sanjeev Narwal

Sanjeev Narwal is the Associate Vice President of Pharmacy at HealthTrust Europe. Sanjeev is responsible for the strategy, leadership and development of the Pharmacy Business Line which includes Pharmacy and Pathology. Sanjeev attended Northampton University and qualified with a 2:1 in BA (Hons) Business, qualified with CIPS in 2003 and in 2006 qualified with a MBA in Strategy and Procurement Management from University of Birmingham. Sanjeev started his career in sourcing with a shop fitting company purchasing materials required for front and back of house for major UK department stores across the country.  He then moved into the NHS working for Birmingham Children’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and then to Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust.  His career in HealthTrust Europe has seen his move from Category Manager to Procurement Director of Pharmacy for the contract portfolio including Dosebanded Chemo, Radiology Reporting, Radiopharmaceuticals, Automation and Homecare, before taking up his AVP role in 2017.

Associate Vice President, Finance

Vivek Jain

Vivek Jain is the Associate Vice President of Finance for HealthTrust Europe. Vivek is responsible for the finance team, financial performance, management of financial risks and financial planning and reporting for the organisation. Vivek’s qualifications include the achievement of a BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance degree and he became a recognised member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2010.
Vivek started his career in Birmingham East & North Primary Care Trust as an Assistant Financial Accountant. He then moved to Civica as a Financial Systems Consultant visiting school and academies across the UK to provide payroll, financial reporting and accounting advice.
Vivek joined HealthTrust Europe in 2014 as a Financial Controller – Audit, setting up a new audit team within finance. He progressed through Director of Revenue Recovery, and more recently Senior Director of Financial Reporting, and then taking on the role as Associate Vice President of Finance in 2018.
