Medical Gases
The HealthTrust Europe Medical Gases framework agreement is for the supply and rental of medical compressed gases in cylinders. Medical gases and their associated equipment are widely used for treating patients in hospitals, at home and by the emergency services. The framework agreement is a direct call-off arrangement and free to access. After initial contact, engagement can be direct with the two suppliers offering medical gases. By using this framework agreement, customers can obtain medical gases through an EU compliant framework, the terms of which will provide assurance regarding quality of suppliers.

• Lot 1 – Medical Gases, Cylinders, Associated Consumables and Services
• Lot 2 – Nitric Oxide, Cylinders, Monitoring and Delivery Devices
Award Summary
The Framework Agreement is free to access by NHS Trusts or other public bodies as well as private sector customers, and can support with a variety of award routes, from further competition to compliant direct award.

How do I access the Framework?
Once you have been set up to access the framework agreement, a call-off can be made either by direct access or further competition. The process is straight forward and simply requires that an order form / access agreement be exchanged and completed to ensure your compliance.
