Contract Award can be carried out via:
• Direct Award
Used for awarding standard Goods and/or Services Contracts to the Framework
For the purposes of awarding a call-off Contract under the terms of the Framework Agreement, the original
criteria can be amended via flexing the weighting of all elements (including Quality and Price).
• Mini Competition
This process shall be used when the Participating Authority is unable to identify from the Standard Award
criteria the most economically advantageous supplier for their requirements or the Participating Authority
requirements are beyond the scope as further refinement of the Supplier’s ability is required.
Contact the HealthTrust Europe LLP Customer Care team, on 0845 887 5000 or customercare@htepg.com, let them know which
elements of the framework you would like access with the relevant previous 2 years spend data, and the Category Lead will be in
touch with details of next steps.
If you are uncertain of what you need then contact the HealthTrust Europe LLP Customer Care team, on 0845 887 5000 or via email
at customercare@htepg.com, let them know you are interested, and they will forward you to the correct Category Lead to discuss
your requirements.
