Vivek Jain

CFO

Vivek Jain is the Chief Financial Officer at HealthTrust Europe. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance and is a recognised member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He started his career as an Assistant Financial Accountant at Birmingham East and North Primary Care Trust, and later worked as a Financial Systems Consultant at Civica. Vivek joined HealthTrust Europe in 2014 and has progressed through various leadership positions, including Vice President for Finance, Sales and Marketing. Vivek oversees the financial strategy and operations of the organisation, ensuring financial sustainability, compliance, and accountability. Vivek is passionate about delivering value to HealthTrust Europe’s members, suppliers, and stakeholders. He is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration across the organisation.

Nanette Grant

Vice President for Strategic Solutions

Nanette Grant is the VP for Strategic Solutions at HealthTrust Europe, responsible for leading the development of the Group Purchasing business line across public and private healthcare markets. With a Master’s Degree in Public Management and Governance, Nanette has spent her career in the UK and Qatar’s healthcare sector, transforming services and managing renal services as part of the West Midlands Renal Network. In 2014, she joined HealthTrust Europe as Director of Strategy & Clinical Networks, taking on the role of AVP in 2017. Her focus is delivering value-added contracts across clinical and non-clinical categories.

Ian Hadridge

Vice President for Business Solutions

Ian Hadridge serves as the VP of Business Solutions at HealthTrust Europe. After graduating from Coventry Polytechnic in 1990 with a degree in Material Science, Ian began his career as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry, eventually joining Space4 and Persimmon Homes in the construction business to apply automotive strategies to their supply chain. Ian joined the predecessor of HealthTrust Europe in 2006 as a Performance Manager and developed a deep understanding of contracting division business processes. Ian has progressed through various leadership roles including Director of Programme Management and Associate Vice President. He leads the development and strategy of the organisation’s Project Management, Financial Analytics, Contract Administration, IT Systems, and Software Development departments.

Clair Brown

Associate Vice President for Legal Services

Clair Brown is the AVP for Legal Services. She leads the Legal team, ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations while minimising legal risks. Clair has an LLB (Hons) degree in Law and trained with a leading international law firm, specialising in healthcare law. She joined HealthTrust Europe in 2016 as Legal Counsel before being promoted to Director of Legal and Ethics in 2018, and then to Associate Vice President in 2021. Clair has extensive experience in healthcare law and ethics, making her a valuable asset to the company.

Hannah Barton

HR Director

Hannah Barton is the HR Director at HealthTrust Europe. She is responsible for leading and managing the HR function, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. Hannah is an MCIPD qualified HR professional, ACAS qualified workplace mediator, Mental Health First Aider and MBTI Practitioner. Before joining HealthTrust Europe in 2022, Hannah worked across a range of sectors, gaining extensive experience in strategic HR planning, business transformation and employee engagement across the UK, EMEA and Americas.

Scottie Lambright

Director of Supply Chain

Scottie is the Director of Supply Chain at HealthTrust Europe. With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Louisiana State University, Scottie started his career at Baton Rouge General Hospital, gaining a solid foundation in healthcare supply chain. He became the Supply Chain Director for HCA at Oakdale Community Hospital in 1997 before transferring his duties to Tulane Medical Centre, where he successfully merged supply chain operations with the newly acquired Lakeside Hospital. Scottie’s expertise in healthcare supply chain management is a valuable asset to HealthTrust Europe.
