Contract Overview
The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Office Supplies, Furniture, and Print Services is designed to meet the needs of the entire public sector. It enables Participating Authorities to conduct further competitions among Tenderers who have been admitted onto the DPS (termed “Admitted Tenderers”). The DPS aims to achieve cost and efficiency savings by standardising and rationalising workplace supplies and bundling products. With a range of manufacturer specifications available, the DPS serves as an excellent vehicle to leverage spending across various indirect categories, including office supplies, print, and domestic goods.
This Framework Agreement is designed to meet the needs of the entire United Kingdom, encompassing England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. It has been established to ensure that suppliers are awarded contracts based on their geographical presence, thereby promoting SME participation.
