HCSA Women In Procurement

HealthTrust Europe is proud to be a member of HCSA’s Corporate Partner programme. Their latest initiative is a Women’s Network which is the very first national organisation dedicated to women in healthcare procurement. The HCSA Women in Procurement & Supply Chain Network (Women’s Network) has been created to celebrate the achievements of women in Procurement and Supply Chain in the NHS/Healthcare.
Nanette Grant, HealthTrust Europe’s Vice President for Strategic Sourcing, will be delivering a talk entitled “Can You Hear Her Voice”. She will share her personal experiences during her career, shedding light on some of the barriers and challenges women face, and share how HealthTrust Europe ia creating a supportive and inclusive environment for women, with opportunities to progress.
Areas of focus
Educate: Provide educational support around unconscious bias, menopause, mentoring.
Support: Provide allies through the network and widen the reach of women supporting women.
Celebrate: Share all the great work being done by woman and actively promote role models
Recruitment & retention: Help tackle this key issue being faced by frontline colleagues
