Contract Overview
HealthTrust Europe’s framework agreement for Liquid Medical Gases is for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of liquid gas storage tanks, ancillary equipment and medical liquid gases. By using the framework, customers can obtain liquid medical gases through an EU compliant framework with robust contractual terms and conditions through which they can competitively source their Liquid medical gases.
Competitive Rates: Each of the vetted suppliers appointed to the framework agreement has tendered fixed prices, with discounts available depending on the volume of the contract. All prices are fixed for the life of the contract.
Compliant Route to Market: The framework will save procurement time and cost. It is fully compliant with the Public Contracts Regulations and with EU Procurement Directives so you do not have to carry out a full EU compliant tender yourself.
Quick and easy Access: Once you have been set up to access the framework agreement, a call off can be made either by direct access or further competition. The process is straight forward and simply requires that an order form / access agreement be exchanged and completed to ensure your compliance.
The framework will enable trusts to procure liquid medical gases either by direct award or through mini competition.
HTE procured this framework agreement in compliance with the restricted procedure set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and the EU Combined Directive (2014/24/EU).
