Contract Overview
HealthTrust Europe (HTE) has launched a new framework for Environmental Monitoring Solutions, procured under the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015. The framework will cover the provision of: Temperature Monitoring Systems, Integrated Environmental Monitoring Solutions, Standalone Temperature Monitoring Devices, Particle Monitoring Systems, Transportation Monitoring and Managed Service.
The Framework aims to provide an easy to access compliant route to market for public sector organisations to fulfil their procurement needs in this category. The comprehensive range of environmental monitoring products and services, along with the managed service lot, enable the provision of environmental solutions that are tailored to meet the customers’ needs.

Lot 1 – Temperature Monitoring Systems, to provide Real-Time Temperature Monitoring in critical areas such as pharmaceutical storage.
Lot 2 – Integrated Environmental Monitoring Solutions, to provide a comprehensive monitoring solution that integrates temperature, humidity, and air pressure monitoring across various environments.
Lot 3 – Standalone Temperature Monitoring Devices, to provide standalone temperature monitoring devices. The devices must be capable of accurately monitoring and recording temperature without the need for remote monitoring.
Lot 4 – Particle Monitoring Systems, to provide a comprehensive particle monitoring system for environments where air quality is critical. The system must be capable of detecting and monitoring airborne particles to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and to protect patient safety.
Lot 5 – Transportation Monitoring, to provide transportation monitoring that tracks and logs environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and shock during the transport of items.
Lot 6 – Managed Service, a fully managed service option for environmental monitoring solutions, covering all lots and aspects of implementation, operation, maintenance, and support
