Offers were evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using a pre-determined methodology whereby the overall Quality, Social Value and Price balance was assessed as 50% Quality, 10% Social Value and 40% Price.
This multi-supplier direct award agreement ensures that patients will receive the highest quality care, whilst providing a
beneficial solution for all parties involved.
