Contract Overview
The Total Language Solutions II (TLS II) tender exercise was conducted by HealthTrust Europe (HTE) and has been designed to provide the NHS and other Public Sector Organisations with access to a wide range of interpreting and translation solutions.
Approved by NHS England (NHSE), the Total Language Solutions II (TLS II) framework agreement supports healthcare providers to deliver their local resourcing strategy by providing free-of-charge access to a team of procurement experts, with all agreements incorporating robust terms and conditions that embed quality assurance provisions and sustainable best value.
The Total Language Solutions II Framework Agreement, encompassing Lots 1, 2, and 3, provides Participating Authorities with access to Suppliers capable of delivering a comprehensive suite of language services.
Under the Total Language Solutions Framework Agreement, Beneficiary Customers can engage Suppliers offering a full range of spoken, written, and non-spoken interpretation, translation, and transcription services under the Total Language Solutions (TLS) brand. This agreement facilitates a broad spectrum of delivery methods for public sector providers, including face-to-face, telephone, video/on-demand, and app-based interpretation, translation, and transcription services. Additionally, it offers options for managed services and subscription-based services, supported by relevant technology and benefits, catering to both health and non-health providers.
Free to access for all and it’s designed to be a mutually beneficial and sustainable supply solutions for all parties in alignment with healthcare providers, the UK Government and overarching regulatory targets and initiatives.
Approved by NHS England as part of a suite of agreements., it also operates in alignment to NHS England Commissions Specifications.
