Our Temporary Staffing Solutions Framework is designed to simplify temporary staffing for healthcare providers. Developed through a rigorous and competitive process, HealthTrust Europe reviewed and assessed each submission, leading to the selection of 372 Awarded Suppliers. All awarded suppliers were required to meet robust pre-award audit criteria, ensuring only the highest quality and compliance standards were met.

How to Transition to the New Framework
Access the Unified Hub to transition to the new TWS III Framework or register as a new customer for quick, easy access to all your information and documents in one place with a single login.
Once registered, the Unified Hub will offer step-by-step instructions to support document completion and allow healthcare organisations to self-serve and confirm free access to the Lots of the National International Permanent Recruitment Framework agreement.
Through the Unified Hub, you’ll have the option to:
- Search for and engage with healthcare professionals across all staffing lots.
- Create and manage Call-Off Contracts, with built-in support for SLAs and compliance checks.
- Access simplified pricing structures and monitor spend to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
It is a requirement for healthcare providers to:
- Complete an Order Form that acts as an access agreement between the healthcare provider and HealthTrust Europe.
- Complete a Supplier Access Agreement that compliantly enables healthcare providers to confirm which suppliers they wish to access under the NIPR agreement.
Following completion of both the Order Form and Supplier Access Agreement HealthTrust Europe will notify the suppliers chosen to confirm transition of supply to the framework Agreement.
